  • Bio: I am a sheep and beef farmer in Central Otago, which alongside running my integrated farm planning business, AgriBasics. Since 2005, I've been involved in farm environmental planning and nutrient management. My hands-on farming experience gives me a solid grasp of farm systems, which helps with farm planning.

    I'm actively engaged in catchment management, holding executive roles in my local catchment. Additionally, I serve as the chairperson and policy adviser for OWRUG, a non-profit group that advocates for balanced and sustainable long-term water policies.

    As an integrated farm planning consultant, I support farmers and growers to help understand the impact of farming decisions, aligning this information with values and goals. We collaborate to monitor progress and assess results, ensuring that every step we take is beneficial for both the farm, the people, and the environment.
